Return Policy

  1. Authorization to return a standard Ladder Industries product must be requested within 30 days of the shipment date.  Contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-360-6789.
  2. A Ladder Industries RAN (Return Authorization Number) will be assigned and must be clearly displayed on the material being returned.
  3. Returns can only be authorized on regular models that can be resold.  Special designs cannot be returned.
  4. A minimum 25% restocking charge from List Price will apply for handling, repainting and inspection.
  5. All returns are subject to inspection and additional charges may apply for replacement parts and repairs.
  6. All returns must be shipped to their point of origin with return freight  Prepaid.
